Review by Dr. Jay Miller - Marcus Sophia's 2010 Viognier Lonesome Spring Ranch was fermented and raised sur lie with batonnage for 6 months. It offers up a delightful perfume of peach, apricot, mineral, and nutmeg. In the glass it opens to reveal a smooth texture, dry fruity flavors, impeccable balance, and a lengthy, seamless finish. It is an outstanding value in Viognier meant for drinking over the next 3-4 years.

The event is on Friday, April 20th at 5:30pm and is open to all WSU alumni as well as anyone from the public that is interested in enjoying great wine and tasty appetizers. Appetizers will be provided by Herban Feast Catering.
